1. Request a Quote

Submit your details and receive a personalized quote within 24 hours.

2. Document Preparation

Your documents are prepared with accuracy and care.

3. Submit Payment

Secure, digital payment to kick off the process.

4. Review & Sign

Review your PDFs, then print, sign, and notarize where required.

5. Return Orignials

Mail the original signed documents to the Recording Desk.

6. Recording & Confirmation

Your documents are audited and electronically recorded.

7. Received Certified Copies

Certified copies are emailed; originals are mailed back to you.

Required Info Checklist

Gather these items to hit the ground running:

Property Details:

The physical address and, if possible, the Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN).

Current Deed:

A copy of your most recent recorded deed (don't worry if you can't find it; I can often pull this for you).

Owner/Grantee Info:

Full legal names and marital status of everyone being added or removed from the title.

Trust/Affidavit Details:

If transferring to a Trust, the full name and date of the Trust. For Small Estates, the date of passing.
